Our Painting Process

INITIAL WALKTHROUGH

• Introductions to Foreman and Crew
• Review Your Painting Proposal and Any Additional Scope of the Project

SET UP AND START JOB

• Unload Equipment and Set Up Staging Area
• Roll Up Rugs, Move Furniture, Remove Hardware, Cover and Protect All Non-Painted Surfaces, etc.
• Apply Primers

PREPARE SURFACES

• Complete Large Repairs, Fill Holes and Caulk
• Scrape, Sand, Wash, Prepare
• Apply Primers 

PAINTING

Confirm Proper Paints for Surfaces

• Paints Applied with Brush, Roller or Sprayer
• Only Premium Quality Paints to Surface

FINAL WALKTHROUGH

• Complete a Full Inspection with the Customer
• Perform Final Touch-Ups, as needed

JOB SITE CLEAN UP

• Performed Daily and upon Completion of the Project
• Outdoor Fixtures and Furniture are Replaced
• All Garbage is Removed
• Complete Final Inspection and Verify Site is Restored

CLOSE THE PAINTING PROCESS

• Customer Sign Off and Final Payment
